Hey, I am having a little issue with my elevation, I have tried doing everything I can think of, but can not seem to get the walls to join correctly. In elevation, I am able to see where the existing wall joins with the new wall. I'm not sure what I may be doing incorrectly! I have attached an image of the elevation and plan view for reference. thank you!

That line will be there because of the phases.
