To compliment the Stone Turret site family.  This Baluster is meant to be placed in an exterior railing type.  A caution about the family: for some reason the height of the post MUST be taller than the top rail you are using for the rail family.  I don't know why but if you don't specify the Post to be taller than the top rail (using the Top Offset parameter) it will complain at you.  Let me know if you have any questions.

I've been doing a bunch of coffee house designs for a franchise and I came up with this very simple family to quickly make all the equipment I needed with modeling anything. You can supply Manufacturer, Model, Amps, Voltage, Width, Depth and comments.

Duplicate and specify the information for each piece of equipment and place where you need it. Can schedule and everything!

Also has a Kitchen Equipment Object Style set up so you can easily turn them off if needed.

Custom Window for Lodge project. Uneven Sash, with 3 muntins in upper sash. I was in a hurry so:

-Glass was not put in

-Muntins are not completely parametric

-Offset Center of Wall parameter will not work with negative values :(

This should get you started if you're wanting a double hung window.

This cap was created to be used when you have a condition where a length of walls needs to be capped, effectively bridging the top of the walls.  The slope of the cap is determined by an x/12 parameter.  Length and Depth parameters are instance parameters for easy in-project manipulation.  Left and Right caps have an on/off feature.  Email with questions.
